Primal Birthday!?!


My family and I celebrated my birthday over the weekend up in Southwest Michigan.  The weather wasn't great, but it forced us to slow down, relax and actually enjoy each other's company.  That was probably the most primal part of the weekend.

I struggled eating out this weekend.  I will admit I enjoyed some chocolate cake and profiteroles.  But heck, it was my Birthday afterall!!  Now time to get back on track.

And that is exactly what I did last night by attending the Primal Blueprint seminar in downtown Chicago hosted by Mark Sisson.  Lots of valuable information shared.  Like the fact that we need to slow life down.  A little R&R goes a long way.  So I guess I did have a pretty Primal weekend (well minus the cake and profiteroles).  It was a great weekend spending some much needed quality time with my wonderful family.  The BEST birthday gift I could have asked for.
