Tuna Salad served on Mixed Greens with Paleo Crackers
Albacore tuna, celery, red pepper and onion tossed in Homemade Paleo mayonnaise served on a bed of mixed greens with Paleo crackers
Chicken Chopped Salad
Chopped iceburg and romainne lettuces with chopped chicken, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes and peppers, white balsamic viniagrette
Dinners
Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs
Roasted Spaghetti squash, Q7 Ranch Grass fed meatballs with homemade marinara served with a slice of paleo bread
Chicken Satay, Bok Choy and Cauliflower "Rice"
Organic chicken marinated in coconut milk, ginger and curry served with sauteed bok choy, ginger coconut cauliflower "rice and "peanut" sauce
