Lunch

Organic Chicken Salad with Apples, Grapes and Almonds
Chopped Organic chicken breast, granny smith apple, red grapes tossed in Homemade Paleo mayonnaise served on a bed of mixed greens and topped with slivered almonds.
Steak Salad with Sesame Ginger Viniagrette
Grilled Grassfed Steak served with mixed greens, chopped broccoli and carrots
with a sesame ginger viniagrette

Avocado Spinach Egg Salad served with Flaxseed Crackers
Chopped avocado, hard-boiled egg, spinach and celery tossed with lime juice and cilantro served
on a bed of mixed greens


Dinner




Spicy Pulled Pork served with a Paleo Roll and Tangy Coleslaw
Dry rubbed pork slow roasted and tossed in Homemade Paleo BBQ sauce served with a Paleo roll
and tangy coleslaw


Stuffed Flank Steak with Roasted Asparagus and Wild Mushrooms
Grass Fed Flank Steak stuffed with prosciutto and herbs served with roasted asparagus and wild gourmet mushrooms.
