Lunch

Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Freshly ground chicken breast sauteed with garlic and ginger with bibb lettuce cups,carrots, jicama and cilantro
 
 
Almond Encrusted Organic Chicken Tenders served with a Raspberry and Spinach Salad
Organic Chicken tenders encrusted in crushed almonds served with a spinach salad with raspberries, red onion, kiwi and a raspberry viniagrette

Beef Skewers with Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Mash and Zucchini Fritter
Grassfed beef kebobs marinated in olive oil and Herbs de Provence served with roasted garlic cauliflower mash, zucchini fritter and sundried tomato relish
 
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Sauteed Greens
Pork tenderloin stuffed with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes wrapped in prosciutto served with sauteed kale
