Chicken breast tossed with Homemade Paleo BBQ Sauce on top of a blend of Baby and Hearts of Romaine, diced red pepper, red onion and celery with Homemade Paleo Ranch Dressing.
Dinner
Sausage Stuffed Peppers with Tomato Basil Spagetti Squash
Red Pepper stuffed with Homemade Italian Sausage served alongside Spagetti Squash with grape tomatoes and fresh basil.
Wednesday, March 21st
Lunch
Vegetable Quiche served with a Mixed Greens Salad and Lemon Viniagrette
Chopped Organic Baby Spinach baked in Eggs and Coconut Milk served with a mixed greens salad, lemon viniagrette
Dinner
Stuffed Flank Steak with Roasted Asparagus and Wild Mushrooms
Grass Fed Flank Steak stuffed with prosciutto and herbs served with roasted asparagus and wild gourmet mushrooms.
Friday, March 23rd

Avocado Spinach Egg Salad served with Flaxseed Crackers
Chopped avocado, hard-boiled egg, spinach and celery tossed with lime juice and cilantro served on a bed of mixed greens
