Menu for the Week of March 26th

Monday, March 26th

Lunch
Organic Chicken Salad with Apples, Grapes and Almonds
Chopped Organic chicken breast, granny smith apple, red grapes tossed in Homemade Paleo mayonnaise served on a bed of mixed greens and topped with slivered almonds.

Dinner
Spicy Pulled Pork served with a Paleo Roll and Tangy Coleslaw
Dry rubbed pork slow roasted and tossed in Homemade Paleo BBQ sauce served with a Paleo roll and tangy coleslaw

Wednesday, March 28th

Lunch
Almond Encrusted Organic Chicken Tenders served with a Raspberry and Spinach Salad
Organic Chicken tenders encrusted in crushed almonds served with a spinach salad with raspberries, red onion, kiwi and a raspberry viniagrette

Dinner
Mediterranean Beef Kofta served with Eggplant Salad
Q7 Ranch Grass Fed ground beef meatballs seasoned with a blend of Mediterranean spices and herbs served with a roasted eggplant salad

Friday, March 30th

Lunch
Tuna Salad served on Mixed Greens with Paleo Crackers
Albacore tuna, celery, red pepper and onion tossed in Homemade Paleo mayonnaise served on a bed of mixed greens with Paleo crackers


Each meal comes with your choice of snack - Cookies, Muffin or Power Bar.

Don't forget... Pizza Kits are always available.  Just email me which pizza you would like (sausage or bbq chicken) and I will have it for you the next day.
